Wholesaling real estate is truly one of the most unique ways that I have come across for making money in real estate investing.  Wholesaling real estate is truly a no money, no credit, and no risk way of investing in real estate.  Being a real estate wholesaler is kind of like being a real estate middleman.  Your job is to find people who want to buy real estate at a discount and then find them real estate at a discount.  For your time and effort you can plan on paychecks upwards of $7,000-$20,000 per transaction.  How many transactions like that would you need to increase the quality of your life?

What makes wholesaling real estate so great?

Real estate wholesaling allows you to make money as a real estate investor without needing to take the risks associated with traditional real estate investing.  Traditional investing methods typically require cash, credit, and/or risk.   Lease options and subject to investing will allow for investing profits without cash or credit, the problem with these investing methods is they are often very tedious and profits are made over a longer period of time (3 months -5 years).  Real estate wholesaling will allow you to make an extra $5,000-$20,000 in as little as 30 days.
